1. General Policy

Refunds are offered only in specific circumstances. Due to the nature of digital and educational services, not all purchases qualify for refunds.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

• You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment).
• The service/product was not delivered as promised.
• You cancel a subscription or course within the eligible refund window (see below).

Note: Refunds are not applicable for donations, downloaded digital products, or partially used services.

3. Refund Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. We reserve the right to decline any request beyond this period.

4. Subscription and Course Cancellation

Courses or subscription-based services may be refunded under the following conditions:

• Cancelled within 3 days of purchase, and no course content has been accessed.
• In case of technical issues or service interruptions caused by us.

5. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at paymentcare@kuntal.org with the following:

• Your full name
• Email address used for the transaction
• Reason for requesting the refund

We will respond to your request within 5–10 business days.

6. Transaction Fees

Please note that any payment gateway or processing fees may not be refundable, depending on our payment provider's policy.
