New candidates : For the time of admission must be follow this instructions given below: 

1. They have to report on scheduled between 08.00 am to 10.30 am. If they will fail to do so, their seats may be allotted to next candidate in merit list. Honours including Group once allotted will not be changed in any circumstances.

2. They have to submit photo copy of Aadhaar Card/T.C./C.L.C./S.L.C.

3. They have to produce original marks sheet for verification.

4. Candidates provisionally selected for reserve categories have to produce Original cast certificate for verification.

5. They have to submit fees as Cash Only. 

6. They have to submit two recent coloured passport size photographs with the name.

7. Admission in Mandakini Study Institute - Patna is confirmed but allotment of Honours of your choices will depend upon the availability of seats as per rules.

8. They have to submit Character certificate in original issued by last attended institution for verification.

9. They have to submit Migration certificate and Aadhaar Card in original for verification.

10. They have to submit Two sets of photocopies copy of all above mentioned certificates.

11. Caste Certificate issued from other State is not valid for admission against reservation quota and they will be treated as general category.
